Pastor Brad Swartout our Youth Pastor, was born and raised right here in the Quad Cities. He began attending New Life Fellowship at the age of six. At the age of twenty-one he felt the call of ministry on his life and went off to Master’s Commission. After his two years of schooling he was called by Mount Hope Church in Lansing, Michigan to pastor an inner-city youth program. It was while serving in Lansing that Brad met his wife, Carilyn. Two and half years later they accepted their first position as a youth pastors at Mount Hope Church in Grand Blanc, Michigan. He was the youth pastor there for six years before returning home to New Life Fellowship. Pastor Brad is passionate about reaching this generation for Christ. He enjoys outside activities, sports and playing with his two children Bailey and Connor.

Pastor Rick McGough is our Senior Pastor. He was born and raised around the Rockford, IL area. Pastor Rick McGough graduated from Rockford School of Theology in May of 1979, then served two years as Youth Pastor at Riverside Assembly of God in Rockford. He and His wife, Valera, moved to Moline in January of 1982 to pastor New Life Fellowship. Pastor Rick and Val have three sons, Mark, Tim, and Stephen. The pastor and his wife are both musically gifted. Pastor Rick sings, writes songs, and plays numerous instruments. He has written books on end time prophecy and on the subject of "Creation vs. Evolution." Valera plays the keyboard, is blessed with a beautiful voice, and serves in our children's ministry.

Pastor Tim McGough is our intern director as well as the area director of "Chi Alpha", an international ministry to college students on local campuses. Pastor Tim is 23 years old and was born and raised here in the Quad Cities. He grew up attending New Life Fellowship and has been involved in the church in various ways throughout his life. Pastor Tim went through a time during his teens where he struggled in his Christian walk and resisted God's call upon his life. After rededicating his life to Christ and responding to God's call upon his life, he spent 2 years in Carbondale, IL, as a part of an on intense discipleship intern training program. He also studied for ministry through "Global University" and has now returned to the Quad Cities for full time ministry. Pastor Tim also serves as a worship leader and a discipleship teacher at New Life.
